Nutrition and Health Truths
« on: July 19, 2013, 02:47:43 pm »
Soul Family :)

I have been in the field of Nutrition and Health for many years (30).  I am retired from the system at an earlier age than planned but I am interested in revealing many truths that were not allowed to be spoken of without rocking the boat.  I think I was born rocking the boat but nonetheless I am available to answer questions for people on this site as best I can.   In the meantime avoid all soy and corn products in the US if you want to avoid GMO's or make sure it says non GMO.  These foods are dangerous and causing untold suffering for many.  Follow me on Twitter as I highlight many significant articles of importance to your health and nutrition. Love and Light to All.  Have a Beautiful Day!
Namaste

oh man i know its sad this all new to me.  I love nachos and most of the food i use to eat all seems to have corn in it.  But i cut WAY back and man what a difference i lost 60 lbs.  Its just hard when your broke and don't have electricity.  But im getting there i will be asking lots of questions soon :)

No problem.  Start thinking in terms of one ingredient foods. Start to eliminate multi ingredient foods (processed with an endless list of hard to say ingredients)-hidden gmo's
